Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Packle (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Packle you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or is unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent.
  • Interfere with the Service's operation, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or evade rate limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Packle (item names, images, tags, notes). You grant Packle a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plans may be offered as monthly, annual, or one-time (lifetime) purchases. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packle's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Packle's operator is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
